CAN I RETURN MY PIECE?
For any quality issue, please contact us within 5 days of receiving so we can decide the best way forward. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. No refund will be given until the item is in our possession and an inspection is completed. Items returned due to quality issues must be unaltered and un-worn. As each piece is unique, each approach to returns will reflect this too. We do not accept buyers remorse, incorrect sizing selection or change-of-mind returns. We are responsible for producing high quality items, you are responsible for correct size selections. If you need more information, or are unsure of anything please contact us before purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return at any time.
CAN I ARRANGE A CUSTOM PEICE?
It’s definitely possible, dependant on what you have in mind. Please email us, and we will try our best to facilitate.
SIZING:
All sizing in our store is referred to in US sizing. We recommend going to your local jewellery store to get sized, or to buy an adjustable ring sizer prior to your purchase to ensure you get the right fit. Don’t measure when your body temperature is either overly hot or overly cold. A cold finger will shrink in size while a hot finger expands. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, you may need to go up a half size to ensure a comfortable fit.
